Refunds


  1. Full Refunds: We offer full refunds on eligible items returned within 7  days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  1. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at vrwear.net . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  1. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

Returns


  1. Exchange or Store Credit: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, or if you prefer store credit, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
  1. Return Authorization: Before shipping your return, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our customer service team. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

Exceptions

  1. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are unopened and unused with the original tags intact.
  1. Customized or Personalized Items Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
