Can I return my order?

Returns and Refunds vary on a case to case basis- however if there is a misprint, typo on custom apparel or other manufacturing issue you will always receieve a refund.

How do I receive a refund on returned items?

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as you have not received an email notifying you that your product has shipped, there will be no issues cancelling your order. You can also email us at info@vrwear.net

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact us at info@vrwear.net and we will help you out.

I received the wrong items, what should I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team at info@vrwear.net


How long does shipping usually take?

For the 48 contiguous US States shipping for all apparel may take 4-8 days. For International, Hawaii and Alaska shipping may take 8-20 days. Order fulfillment will take 1-4 days.

How do I get free shipping on VR Wear?

Free shipping is available to all orders over $125.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you via email when your order ships. You can also track your package through the UPS or USPS link we email you. If you are unable to locate the tracking information, please email us at info@vrwear.net with your order number and we will send you the tracking information.

Does VR Wear ship internationally? (URGENT)

International shipping is slow, and expensive due to Covid-19 restrictions however we do have the option to internationally ship however all import fees will be paid by consumer if required by their respective country. Please contact us if you feel you have a unique situation that is not covered at checkout.

The buyer is responsible for brokerage/import/clearance fees upon arrival of the item. Please note that VR Wear will reimburse 33% of the brokerage fee. Upon completion of 3 steps:
1.) Email your tracking info to info@vrwear.net
2.) Provide your order number and email associated with the order
3.) Show us proof of ID associated to the order

Once these 3 steps are completed a 33% reimbursement will appear in your account.

Where are VRWear products shipped from?

All apparel is printed in Naples Florida, partner Devyn Rockery (D3vrock) prints shirts, hoodies, pants and more. Josh Fontak, (Phontak), prints vinyl stickers as well as sublimated phone cases. All products are proudly printed and shipped in the USA. Some embroidery products are fulfilled from 3rd party vendors.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Unfortunately, there is only 1 shipping option. Standard USPS first class mail. For international, UPS international shipping is the only option. Please contact us through email or discord server if you need something to be expedited.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way and this is perfectly normal! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from different locations. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to us at info@vrwear.net

Where is VR Wear based?

VR Wear is based in Philadelphia. Founded by VRML player, and VR Enthusiast player Josh Fontak, the company was started with the intention of allowing VR users to express their passion of VR through their clothing, and raise money to support cornerstone individuals and companies in the VR industry.
